Neeks Tip – Diets vs. Lifestyle Changes

Let’s be real.

Anyone who’s struggled to follow a diet can probably identify with the above cycle. You start strong but when temptation or “real life” happens, you break your diet and sometimes, may even end up binge eating and feeling super guilty about it afterwards. I definitely struggled with this myself.

The good news here is that if you recognize this pattern, you have no reason to be discouraged. All you have to do is take a step back and consider a more realistic approach.

#Neeks Tip

Don't diet. Make a lifestyle change that works for your life. If you're not ready to stick to a meal plan 100%, don't pay someone for one!

If a coach pours time and effort into creating a meal plan that will get you to your goal and you don’t follow it, you’re not ready for one!

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not that you lack the willpower or motivation to stick to one, you lack clarity (REMEMBER THAT). So either take the time to educate yourself first and learn how to make it a lifestyle OR follow your plan to a T, get your results, and then learn how to make it a lifestyle (that’s what I did with Team Titan Fit). Either way, you can’t avoid the learning part or the series of habits you need to establish and execute to maintain your fat loss.

Meal plans get you to your goals faster but they don’t teach you how to deal with LIFE (holidays, family gatherings, nights out, etc.) *** That’s why I wrote my book!
