Neeks Tip – Being Perfect is not REALISTIC. REMEMBER, Partial Credit Counts!
We all know that being “perfect” in the world of meal preparation and nutrition is never realistic. I like to remind my followers that partial credit always counts and can go a long way in helping you reach your goals! In fact, it’s often those small adjustments that make a big impact in the long term!
I like to rank food options in three categories:
GOOD – options that are acceptable, especially when you are in a time crunch.
BETTER – BETTER, CLEANER INGREDIENTS LEAD TO BETTER (MEDIUM-TIER) OPTIONS.
BEST – YOU DA REAL MVP.
I used this ranking system to give a few “good, better, best” options for common food types. Take a look below and keep it in mind next time you prepare your meals!
And for even more instructions on how to incorporate these adjustments into your daily meals, don’t forget to check out my Ebook!

“Simply put, grass-finished beef comes from cattle that ate nothing but grass and forage for their entire lives. Grass-fed, on the other hand, may be used to label meat from cattle that have that were started on a grass diet but have either received supplemental grain feed or are finished on a fully grain-based diet. Many “grass-fed” cows spend the last few months of their lives eating grain in feedlots to help them quickly gain weight before going to slaughter.” –VERDE FARMS
